For lunch

After cross-country skiing, a hike or a bike ride - or just because you've always wanted to visit Huber Alm in Anterselva - it's always well worth stopping by! Here's what you'll find on our menu: game specialities, tasty varieties of dumplings, our typical “Kaiserschmarrn” (sweet pancake) with cranberries, and many other delicious treats. Take a seat in our rustic stube, in the new modern building next to the hut, and enjoy the warm sunshine on our terrace ...

For a tasty and satisfying snack

The British call it “tea-time” and the South Tyroleans know it as “Marende”, “Brotzeit”, “Brettljause” (even if it's just a quick snack before lunch or dinner). It's a chance to try our delicious speck, our tasty sausages, and our selection of fine cheeses, including our local grey cheese! Pssst - if you can't take your eyes off the delicious-looking cake on the next table: yes, it really is worth trying our homemade strudel and all our other desserts. ;-)

Truly authentic cuisine

Take a helping of tradition, add a large spoonful of simplicity, and season with a pinch of love and some genuine talent. Mix together well and you'll get some truly authentic cuisine, without any trickery or frills! This is the only recipe we use in our kitchen here at Huber Alm ...

Rustic setting and alpine atmosphere

Inside: Our cosy stubes with traditional stove and authentic feel blend in well with the new building next door, whose picture windows are a perfect frame for the splendid mountain scenery.
Outside: Our sun terrace invites you to relax in the warm sunshine. And in the meantime, your children will be more than happy in our playground.
